The journal has been published by the European University of Law and Administration four times a year since May 2004, initially as ‘European Review of Law’ and subsequently since March 2009 as ‘European Review of Law and International Relations’.

European Review of Law and International Relations is affiliated with the Warsaw branch of the Polish Lawyers Association.

On December 1,2021 the European Review of Law and International Relations was registered on the list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences by the Minister of Education and Science. The journal was registered under position 32443 (201259) and was granted 40 points.
